- Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Universidad Michoacana from 2006 to date.
- Private Practice limited to Periodontics and Implantology since 2007.
What is Periodontics?
A branch and speciality of dentistry that studies the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions that affect the tissues that support the dental organs or the structures that replace them (dental implants) and the maintenance of the health, function and aesthetics of these structures and tissues.
Who is a periodontist?
A periodontist is a dentist, who has received full time training for 2 to 3 years after his or her professional studies in order to diagnose, treat and prevent periodontal disease, as well as training in the placement of implants.
